REGISTER IN ANS-2024

Steps to Register:

1. Complete the payment for registration using the below link:

2. Download / save the payment receipt/proof of payment once the transaction is succesfull.

3. After completing step 1 and 2, authors need to come back to this page again and continue with step 4.

4. The authors need to fill in all details as required in the Registration form and upload the payment receipt generated in Step 2.

5. Kindly ensure to provide the authors’ name and other details in the registration form exactly as written inside the abstract document to avoid author name mismatch.

Registration fee

International participants:

1. Early Bird 400USD

2. Member of ICNIRS 350 USD

3. Regular fee 500 USD

4. Student Registration 200 USD

5. Tutorial 100 USD (Additional with conference registration fee)

Indian Participants: 

1. Early Bird Rs. 20000

2. Member of ICNIRS Rs. 15000 

3. Regular fee Rs. 25000

4. Student Registration Rs 8000

5. Tutorial Rs 5000 (Additional with conference registration fee)

* A 50 % Fee waiver shall be provided on the registration fee for selected papers 

Note:

Conference registration fee includes:

1. Participation in sessions

2. Conference kit

3. Refreshments

4. Welcome reception 

5. Conference Dinner

Conference registration fee does not include:

1. Tutorials (Additional with conference registration fee)

2. Accommodation

Cancellation and Refund policy:

1. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.

2. Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.

3. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.

4. All applicable refunds shall be processed through online transfer to the source account from where the payment was originally made.
